Untitled Masterpiece

It was a dark and stormy night,
throughout which he had traveled long and hard.
And though he tried and tried as he might,
he could not find shelter that night.

Twas nigh dawn when came first light.
The man was weary, exhausted, and tired.
When came he across a truck,
off the road, and in the mud mired.

The cab was empty, and also the bed.
So inside he crawled to rest his head.
And as he closed his eyes against the light,
he knew they would never find him there.
